  • 15 Years in Digital Transformation: Having spent over a decade as a Business Analyst working with teams across businesses in multiple industries, I understand the internal pressures, rapid scaling, and specific language your teams use daily.
  • The Psychology of Careers: With an MSc in Psychology specialising in Business, my research focused on the critical links between Impostor Phenomenon, burnout, and career fulfillment. This allows me to bridge the gap between coaching and psychological science, helping your employees overcome internal hurdles with a profound understanding of the real pressures affecting corporate life today.

1:1 Coaching

My 1:1 engagements provide a confidential space for your rising stars to really understand what they want from their career, how they can achieve that within your organisation and build the skills and confidence to get there.
